This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
We follow privacy-by-design principles and only collect the data necessary to provide our services.
Information we collect
- Account information (name, email, password)
- Order details and transaction data (for example purchased items, delivery address, chosen shipping and payment method, payment status)
- Technical data and server logs when you use our website (e.g. IP address, browser type, device information, referrer URL, date and time of access, pages visited) and information about how you interact with our appointment booking tool at appointments.popeyespassion.com. If we activate privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics in the future, aggregated usage data will also be processed on our own servers (no third-party trackers).

- To provide and improve our services (including our online store and appointment booking)
- To process orders and payments, including transmitting the necessary payment data to our payment provider Revolut to execute the transaction

- To maintain security, prevent abuse, detect fraud and troubleshoot incidents (for example via server and access logs)
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share information with trusted processors to operate our services (for example hosting providers, shipping companies, payment providers such as Revolut and email service providers). We currently do not use third-party analytics or advertising networks. If we introduce privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics in the future, all analytics data will be processed on servers we control.
