30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards

How to Return

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@popeyespassion.com or through our customer service page. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing timeframes:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank/credit card posting: Additional 3-5 business days

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged or defective items, please email us photos along with your order number to expedite the process.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance.

Refund Exceptions

Certain items are exempt from being returned including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made products
